Request deletion of your data
You can ask Nyxora Technology to delete your account and personal information, including applicable data received through a connected Meta account.
How to make a request

Email support@nyxoratechnology.com from the email address associated with your Nyxora account.

Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your full name, registered email address, and, if applicable, the Meta account or Facebook Page connected to our service.

We will confirm your identity and acknowledge the request. We may ask for limited additional information only when needed to protect your account from an unauthorized deletion request.

After verification, we will delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your account and disconnect linked third-party data as applicable.
Connected Meta accounts
You may also remove Nyxora Technology from your Facebook settings at any time. Removing the connection stops future sharing from Meta; sending us a request using the steps above lets us delete applicable information already held by Nyxora.
